Matt was on time, friendly, found the problem with my car and helped me understand what was happening. I had a couple of follow-up questions for him and he responded immediately with the answer. I would definitely have him back and recommend him as a mechanic.
Firstly, prior to his arrival, he called to ask me about the problem I was experiencing. Then, once Mr. Robert arrived, my preconceived notions of his abilities were only confirmed. He was knowledgeable and insightful. He provided details and took the time to explain to my husband the issue, what caused it and what needed to be done. If this site allowed you to request a specific mechanic, he would definitely be my go-to.
We will be filing a complaint with BBB about the performance of Chuy and your service today. In the past I've raved about Your Mechanic which is why my wife decided to use it. The performance over the past week has been so poor and what happened today was inexcusable. Mr. Hermosillo was a no show today. We waited a week for the appointment and he did not call or text to let us know he would not be there. No one from your company called or texted. My wife called and texted multiple times then was finally told you cannot provide service. We want a refund for the diagnostic work from last week and a refund
